Indications
DIURETIC WITH ANTI - INFLAMMATORY AND ANTI - OEDEMA PROPERTIES
Congestion and oedema of the udder, persistant lactation in oedema, pulmonary oedema and congestion, oedematous infiltration of surgical wounds, oedema in allergic conditions.
Active Ingredients
Hydrochlorothiazide 50 mg
Dexamethasone sodium phosphate 500 mcg
Excipient (distilled water) qs……………1 ml
Dosage
I.M or S.C injection.
Sheep,calves: 2 ml/ 40 – 50 kg of body weight, daily for 3 days.
Cattle:
- Mild congestions and oedema: 10 ml/ day for 2- 3 days.
- Severe congestions and oedema: 20 ml/ day for 2 days and 10 ml the third day.
Precautions
Withdrawal period:
- Meat and offal: 28 days.
- Milk: 7 days.
Storage
Store in shade and dry place temperature below 30oC
